By accessing or using the Boring CRM application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Boring CRM is a customer relationship management application designed for real estate professionals. The App provides:

• Lead management and organization
• Follow-up scheduling and reminders
• Call tracking and logging
• Data backup and restore functionality
• WhatsApp integration for messaging

3. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

1. Data Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all data you enter into the App and for maintaining regular backups of your data.
2. Lawful Use: Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
3. Accurate Information: Provide accurate information when using the App's features.
4. Device Security: Maintain the security of your device and any authentication methods you use with the App.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by The Boring Medium and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App's branding or trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE BORING MEDIUM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data

7. Data Loss

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• We are not responsible for any data loss due to device failure, app uninstallation, or any other reason
• You are responsible for maintaining regular backups of your data
• We cannot recover your data as we do not have access to it

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services (such as WhatsApp, phone dialer, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the functionality or availability of third-party services.

9. Advertisements

The App may display advertisements through Google AdMob. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept the presence of these advertisements.

10. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice
• Add or remove features from the App
• Update these Terms at any time

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We may terminate or suspend access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
